15-MINUTE MINI-SESSION (STUDIO ONLY)

Pre-Season (before November 1): $95
Peak Season Weekday (Nov-Dec): $135

This 15-minute session is perfect for capturing quick, beautiful family portraits in our cozy studio, adorned with festive holiday décor. We’ll focus on creating stunning images in your choice of combinations. Please come prepared with a list of preferred family member groupings.

45-MINUTE COMBO-SESSION (STUDIO & OUTDOORS)

Pre-Season (before November 1): $225
Peak Season Weekday (Nov-Dec): $275
Peak Season Weekend (Nov-Dec): $295

For a more comprehensive experience, our 45-minute combo-session combines the best of both worlds: indoor portraits in our rustic, holiday-decorated studio and outdoor shots in the festive surroundings of Bracken Village. This extended session allows for a variety of poses and settings, tailored to your family’s vision. Please provide a list of desired family combinations upon arrival.

Session Information

Appointments are available by booking only and scheduled to ensure a smooth experience for all clients. Each session includes a gallery of high-resolution digital images with a download and print release, typically delivered within 2-3 days via email with login credentials. To keep our schedule on track, please plan for outfits, traffic, and unforeseen events to arrive on time. You may arrive 10 minutes early for preparations at the studio. If you’re late, we’ll do our best to accommodate, but we may need to proceed with the next family to maintain the schedule. Well-behaved, safe pets are welcome; please inform us upon arrival if you’re bringing a pet. You may discreetly use your phone to capture video memories, ensuring our camera captures the primary moments. Bookings are non-refundable, but we will do our best to reschedule. Rescheduled dates are based on availability.

Please review the map on our website (http://www.brackenvillagesa.com/map/) before visiting. Use the North entrance (the second entrance from 1604) to access our building. Note that our studio has a small waiting area and a covered porch but no restroom within our building. A solo restroom is available in the small building next to our studio at Bracken Village.
