Love Preserved Photography

Dancer Package

$50.00 - $450.00

SESSION INFORMATION
We love capturing special moments in time dancers. We strive to support aspiring ballet dancers to build their portfolio by capturing their grace, technique, balance, and flexibility. Dancers who wish to build or upgrade their portfolio should plan to schedule a 60-90 minute private session in order to fully capture their full repertoire of skills.

SESSIONS DETAILS
In-studio, outside, on-location sessions are typically are 60 minutes long and include the following products:

1) $200 credit towards the purchase of prints or canvas
2) At least 50 high-resolution digital images with print release

The session fee covers the photographer's time, artistry, and included images and prints. [Additional props fees may apply]. You may pay the session fee in full at the time of booking or you may pay a $50 retainer to hold your date and pay the remainder of the session fee one week prior to the session date.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Additional images and prints may also be available for purchase from the private gallery. Images will be loaded to a private online gallery no more than two weeks after the session. Clients that approve social media sharing may see images on our social media sites on or after the wedding day.

SESSION LOCATION
On-location sessions are typically done in locations within 15 miles of Stone Oak. The following locations are good options for this type of session: Denman Estate, Landa Library, McNay Art Museum, Botanical Gardens, Phil Hardberger Park, the Pearl, the client home or church, and other parks around town. Please note that some of these locations have entrance fees and photography fees that would be an additional cost.

About the Photographer (Tracy Gardner, Ph.D.)
I am a former ballet dancer and I had a full academic and dance scholarship to the University of Oklahoma as a Ballet Performance Major in 1992. Now, as a mother of six children, I have a passion for dance and photography. I know that memories from dance performances last a lifetime, so it is my goal to capture each dancer in poses that bring out the beauty of the individual and showcase the costume and dance as well. I hope that you will treasure these portraits for years to come.
